This company has been in business for many years. New owners? or just slopy management. Our trip to Canada was very,very bad. The promised stops that were pre-paid were terrible. Either the guide on bus did not get the tickets on time missing major stops. We were promised two nights in Quebec and Two in Montreal. We had a bus city tout with both and were brought to a hotel 45 min away from center of city on highway, not being able to walk to town and events. They misrepresented the ad/tours.
