Dates on Transalantic cruise were April 25 to May 12 2009. From Florida to England tour should have been with transfers from standard pick up locations to Miami where we were to board Carnival Liberty!. Should have spent six days at sea to first port Ponta Delgada, Arzors, then to Portugal, Lisbon to see museums and shopping:. After Lisbon to Vigo, Spain and then to visit LeHavre, France.. Another stop was to have been at Normandy, France on the banks of the English Channel". At the end ship arrives in Dover and ew were to spend three nights at a Hotel or Inn.. The Itinerary was changes and we are still waiting for the complete refund.. Not to happy at their refund process'. It's been close to 2 years,. Glad we are still around to try to collect! 35b45d6

We are leaving from Orlando to go to Rome 

on Oct. 17, 2010. We booked tours with 

Legendary Journey 5 of them. 14 days before leaving they tell us they lost our tour sheet, and know all the tours are booked. They wanted us to go on stand by. They have had our check which 

they cashed on 5/2010. If we go on stand by and don't get to tour then we will probably never get our money back and no 

tours either. I heard another from our group also received his check back for 1 of his tours. Calling my attorney today thank goodness we have a paid legal service or this would cost us money, and 

maybe it still will as we may have to pay to have them send a registered letter to the Company. And still don't know if we have a leg to stand on.
