do not book anything with this company. they do not tell the truth about anything. we booked a trip 14 months in advance as a group and all are flying at different times. one of our group is flying alone on a 10 hours flight??? does this make sense? VP Ferguson says he took care of customers that lost their travel ins. NOT. we had to pay for more insurance. They promote bad "customer service". But if you are face to face they want to know "what can I do to make you happy" anything but, what we want and need. This is suppose to be a trip of a lifetime instead it has turned out to be a living nightmare. 128cce0
