The cruise that we booked was not told to us that it was to be a *** cruise until two days before sailing. We were taken aback by that news and if we wanted to cancel it would have resulted in losing our payment for the cruise.

we felt that our civil rights were violated. There was a wedding at the pool area which we were told to leave as it was a private function.

We were not prepared to see men kissing and most of the dancing was between men therefore we felt excluded on the dance floor. We were expecting to have a great time but intimated.We think we are entitled to a full refund of the cruise fare.Sincely,Robert Rice & Jacqueline Susla cabin#7281

As this was a Chartered cruise ship, Legendary Journeys placed the following statement directly on our flyer for this trip as follows:

"Every guest on this cruise is confirmed by Legendary Journeys and its designated affiliated companies.

All Carnival Cruise Line Dining, Entertainment, Shore Excursions and all standard cruise events will operate on this cruise. The Western Caribbean itinerary was modified to allow additional time in Key West and Two full days in Cozumel, Mexico. There will be many groups aboard including specialty groups from Media Companies, Sports groups, *** Groups and other groups that are aboard cruising. Meetings, group Entertainment and shows for this Groups are private group functions.

All carnival events (like every cruise) will be available to every cruise guest aboard this ship."

Cruise Ships all over the world host private groups. In turn, private events can occur and certain areas of the ship may be closed due to these private functions. Many times these private functions are set up directly with the Cruise Lines own Wedding or group coordinator. We apologize if this private event caused you any inconveniences.

Furthermore, Carnival has probably the best Vacation Guarantee in the industry. The below verbiage is taken directly from Carnival's Website:

If you decide spending them on a Carnival cruise isn’t for you, you don’t have to. Our Guest Services team will make all the arrangements to get you off the ship as quickly as we can, and fly you to either your home airport if you flew in, or back to your point of embarkation if you drove to the ship. HERE'S WHAT TO DO. Here is what to do.

If you decide within 24 hours of the start of your cruise that it’s not for you, simply notify Carnival’s onboard Guest Services desk. We’ll take it from there. And if you decide later that you want to give Carnival another try, we’ll even give a $100 per stateroom onboard credit to any guest in your party who exercised the guarantee and, within a year, books another Carnival cruise. If this client wished to leave the cruise due to their disappointment, they could have done so in accordance with Carnival's Great Vacation Guarantee and received FREE TRANSPORTATION HOME and been refunded 110% of their cruise fare.

Unfortunately, Legendary Journeys will not be providing any reimbursements in this matter as this client chose to stay on the cruise for the duration. Again, we thank you for giving Legendary Journeys the opportunity to respond.

I didn't want straight people on my *** cruise either. Nothing wrong with that. What if you signed up for a Disney Princess cruise and then discovered half the boat was sold to ***?
