We have paid in full for a 15 day trip to Italy.The trip was cancelled and we would like our money refunded.

It has been a nightmare. The sarasota office will not return our phone call. It is like a game of cat and mouse. We were told the money would be credited back to our credit card - this has not happened.

Having worked in retail we know it is a very simple thing to do. Our friends who booked the same trip were told it could take 2 to 3 billing cycles for it to be credited. Total nonsense!

We are ready to contact an attorney.This company is a sham.

Reason of review: Refund for cancelled trip.

Monetary Loss: $6.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Please understand that we give considerable consideration prior to making any decisions to cancel any trip. Unfortunately there are those trips that require a minimum number of passengers to operate successfully. For most travel companies, the typical time to process a refund may take up to 6-8 weeks andrefund back to the same form of payment originally used. If Legendary Journeys cancels a trip, we strive to have that refund processed within 7 business days.

We sincerely apologize to you if this did not occur within 7 business days. We trust that your refund has long since been processed and received by you. If you have NOT received your refund, please email is at customerrelations@LJ.travel and provide your full name, Invoice Number and a brief explanation and we will look into the matter further.

Call your credit card company and complain and tell them about your scam. Have the card company refund your money.

Wow, having worked as a wholesaler with Legendary for more than 20 years....this complaint is just a nonsense complaint.

Simply speaking to any manager will get the situation resolved....

is you are a retailer... as I was for 30 years,

any member of Management can solve a problem NOT THE FRONT LINE associates.... simple enough.

A ten second visit at the Sarasota office or calling any of the managers...

without the drama or POOR ME>..

could you fix this for me please....might just get it solved...
