We have paid in full for a 15 day trip to Italy. The trip was cancelled and we would like our money refunded.
It has been a nightmare. The sarasota office will not return our phone call. It is like a game of cat and mouse. We were told the money would be credited back to our credit card - this has not happened.
Having worked in retail we know it is a very simple thing to do. Our friends who booked the same trip were told it could take 2 to 3 billing cycles for it to be credited. Total nonsense!
We are ready to contact an attorney. This company is a sham.
